It had only been a few weeks for us after moving to the Lion city Singapore, we had begun to realize that the people of this place are way more healthy than an average person in our country. The percentage of fit and healthy people here could easily be over 90, almost complementing that of our country. We came to know that it was very common for people to stay healthy and work out by going to the gym or by participating in games and sports which was almost unheard-of by us before coming here.
The trip was the time when all of us decided to get healthy as well. It was decided that we would visit the place again on 28th January 2018 with better physiques than now. Let’s hope it goes well.
